惜用資源顧地球
百餘年來, 太古集團一直被認定是個具有遠見且對社會貢獻良多。不僅提供社會所需的商品與服務， 也朝著優良社會公民的方向努力。惜用資源顧地球是我們近期以來一直努力的目標，希望藉由集團的推動，期望減緩全球暖化的速度。

行動標的一: 2009年11月1日起
不再使用機票包裝票套: 長久一直提供用來包裝實體機票票套因實體機票已絕大多數改為電子票.已無實際需求(現今的登機程序，乘客只須出示護照服務人員即可依照姓名找出訂位紀錄及聯線電子機票)

行動標的二: 2010年第3季起
電子機票一律藉由電子郵件或傳真傳遞減少因文件遞送的排碳量。希望先藉由這兩項小改變來減緩商務往來的排碳量。

如果貴公司有意願一同加入全球減碳活動，可以在每次搭乘太古集團的國泰航空時. 參與FlyGreener活動，可以藉此降低商務旅遊的排碳量。

In response to Swire Group initiative of environmental conservation, Swire International Travel Service will start to reduce non-essential print materials and to help Swire Group to reduce Carbon Dioxide emitting rate.

Stage 1: Starting Nov 1st 2009
Drop the Use of Printed Ticket Jacket: ticket jacket was used for air ticket in the past, since most air ticket are now e-ticket. Ticket jacket is no longer needed. (Airlines check-in nowadays only require passport name to locate reservation and e-ticket number.)

Stage 2: Schedule to go in effect 2010 3rd Quarter
All e-ticket will go out to corporate client by E-mail and Fax to cut down CO2 generate from delivery activities. By doing this, we hope to help reduce the increase rate of Carbon Dioxide emitted by commercial activities and be a responsible social citizen.
